Purchase Order:
To place an order, please fax, mail, or email a clearly written or typed purchase order that includes the following information:
  • Your company name, address, phone number, fax number, email address and contact name
  • Shipping address, phone number, and contact name
  • Purchase order number or other reference
  • Tri-S product code, product description, and product color
  • Order Quantity (in full case quantities only)
  • Shipping method, including residential or inside delivery, or other special handling
  • Requested date of delivery
  • Payment Method (if not on account terms with Tri-S)
  • Imprint location, colors, size (height and width in inches)
  • Imprint position and size (width and height in inches)
  • Any additional services or production requests
  • Method used to submit your artwork
Missing or incomplete information could cause delays in production. Tri-S is unable to accept verbal purchase orders or changes of any kind.

Order Confirmation:
Within one business day of receiving your Purchase Order and artwork, Tri-S will reply with a writeen Order Confirmation. If you do not receive an Order Confirmation and Proof within 24 hours of sending your Purchase Order, please contact Tri-S to confirm that your order was received. Please proof read carefully for any discreapancies in the item ordered, color, quantity, pricing, etc.

Return a signed copy of your Order Confirmation to Tri-S via fax, mail, or email. Verbal confirmations will not be accepted. By signing the Order Confirmation, you are indicating that the order is correct and is to be printed exactly as specified and confirmed. Tri-S is not responsible for reruns or corrections of printed materials caused by errors undetected by the customer on any confirmed orders. Production will not be scheduled until the Order Confirmation is received.

Proof Approval:
Within one business day of receiving your Purchase Order and artwork, Tri-S will reply with written Proof Approval. If you do not receive a Proof Approval within 24 hours of sending your Purchase Order and artwork, please contact Tri-S to confirm that your artwork was received. Please proof read carefully for any typographical errors, omissions, discrepancies in artwork, etc.

Return a signed copy of your Proof Approval to Tri-S via fax, mail, or email. Verbal approvals will not be accepted. By signing the Proof Approval, you are indicating that the proof is correct and is to be printed exactly as specified and approved. Tri-S is not reponsible for reruns or correction so printed materials caused by errors undetected by the customer on any proof approved materials. Production will not be scheduled until the Proof Approval is received.

Additional Proofs:
Tri-S will provide the initial black & white paper proof free-of-charge. Additional proofs and full color proofs are available for a charge of $15.00(G).

Screen Setup:
$50.00(G) per color for the initial order. All screens are the property of Tri-S. Screen Setup is free-of-charge on exact repeat orders placed within two years of the original order.

Repeat Orders:
Onyou Purchase Order, please clearly note the order date and purchase order number of the previous order. Due to variations in materials, we connot guarantee exact color matches on repeat orders.

Order Quantity:
All orders must be in full case quantities. Orders not submitted in full case quantities will be automatically rounded up to the next full case quantity without notification.

Less Than Minimum (LTM):
For order quantities of half of the 1st column quantity, a LTM fee of $50.00(G) will apply, in addition to Screen Setup and all other applicable charges. LTM production is available with a one color imprint only.

Speculative Samples:
Up to two printed samples are available for $50.00(G), plus Screen Setup and all other applicable charges. Up to two unprinted product samples are also available at no cost (shipping not included). Please contact Tri-S to submit a written sample request.

Color Changes:
Imprint color changes during production are available for $25.00(G) per color, and must apply to full case quantities.

Copy Changes:
Imprint copy changes during production are available for $25.00(G) per copy, per color, and must apply to full case quantities.

Production Time:
Normal production time on Factory Basic items is 6-10 business days from the receipt of your signed Order Confirmation and Proof. Any changes to the order or artwork may extend production time. Please allow additional time for all Special Order products. Contact the factory for production time on Special Order items.

Rush Service:
Rush Service is available for orders requesting shipment in 5 business days or less from the receipt of your Purchase Order, Order Confirmation, and Proof Approval. Please specify "Rush Service" on your Purchase Order. Orders will incur a Rush Charge of 20% of the invoice total, with a minimum of $75.00(G). Please contact Tri-S for more details.

Cancellations and Changes:
Tri-S reserves the right to begin production of your order upon receipt of your Purchase Order, Order Confirmation, and Proof Approval. Any cancellations or changes to your order must be made in writing via fax, mail, or email. Verbal cancellations or changes will not be accepted. All product and production costs incurred prior to the cancellation or change will be invoiced.

Claims:
Please inspect your products immediately upon receipt. All claims (other than freight) must be made within 15 business days of receipt of the order. Claims must be submitted to Tri-S in writing via fax or mail. Verbal claims will not be accepted. Orders returned without prior written authorization from Tri-S will be refused.
