Payment Terms: Tri-S accepts payment via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, check, or money order. Please do not send cash. First time customers must prepay prior to production. Repeat customers may apply for Net 30 terms with Tri-S on approved credit. Imprint Durability: Imprints are extremely durable and are considered dishwasher and microwave safe. However, we do not recommend use in hotels, restaurants, or other environments where products will be washed in industrial dishwashers. Product Quality: Slight variations and imperfections in materials, shape, and texture are common in commercial products made by foreign and domestic manufacturers. Measurements, weights, colors, and images listed in this catalog and our website are approximate and may vary. These variations and imperfections are within industry standards and therefore must be considered acceptable. Tri-S does not accept liability for products supplied by our customers or vendors. Overruns/Underruns: Tri-S makes every attempt to minimize the amount of overruns or underruns shipped with an order. However, circumstances may occur where we ship up to 10% over or under the quantity ordered. The adjusted quantity will be invoiced accordingly. This is an industry standard and must be accepted as fulfillment of the order.

Trademark Indemnity: Tri-S respects the intellectual property of others, and we ask our customers to do the same. All products, artwork, and other related materials provided by the customer for imprinting must be in full compliance with all applicable state and federal laws. You may not submit copyrighted materials, trademarks, service marks, or logos that are not owned by you or licensed to you for imprinting by Tri-S. You agree to indemnify and hold Tri-S and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, vendors or other business partners harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any party due to or arising out of content you submit for imprinting. Quality Assurance: Tri-S is dedicated to providing the highest quality products and imprinting in the promotiaonal industry. We fully warrant our imprinting and products for quality of materials and workmanship wihin the Order Info & Terms listed above, and established industry standards. If you are not satisfied with the product or imprinting, please notify us within 15 days of receipt of your order. Tri-S will correct, replace, or refund the defective product. You expressly understand and agree that Tri-S and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, vendors or other business partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages from loss of profits, goodwill, use, or other intangible losses.
