We need your best artwork to do the best printing. Please submit your artwork via email to artwork@tri-s.biz, or via standard mail on a standard CD, a 3.5" floppy disk, or as Camera Ready Art. All artwork must be identified with your company's name and purchase order number. For the best printing results, please submit your artwork in one of the following formats: Vector Art: Artwork that has been created using Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw, or Freehand, and saved as an EPS file. Please create outlines for all fonts, or include the font files with your artwork. (We do not recommend importing or embedding TIFF, jpeg, or other bitmap images into an EPS format.) TIFF or Photoshop Files: When vector art is not available, we also accept TIFF and Photoshop (PSD) files. These files must be created at a minimum 600 dpi resolution with the artwork color separated and sized correctly. Camera-Ready Art: 100% black and white positive image that does not require any alterations. Multi-color images must be color separated. The image must be sized to fit as large as possible on standard 8.5" x 11" letter size paper. We will re-size the artwork to your specifications, or to fit the best print quality and placement on the product. Tri-S reserves the right to reject any artwork that does not meet the above specifications. We are unable to accept art in the following formats: Artwork imported into a word processing program such as Microsoft Word, WordPerfect, PowerPoint, Publisher, etc. Files compressed for internet presentation, such as Bitmap (BMP), JPEG, GIF, etc. Photocopies, faxes, sketches, business cards, stationary, or ther imprinted products. Graphic Design Services: Tri-S provides graphic design services at an hourly charge of $60.00(G). Each order includes 15 minutes of free graphic design services. Graphic Service Charges under $25.00 will be invoiced without prior approval or delay in production. Graphic Service Charges over $25.00 will be quoted before production is started. Halftones: Screen printed halftones appear as dot patterns of the original color, and may make your image difficult to see. Halftones will be printed with a frequency of 55 lines per inch. Tri-S cannot guarantee image quality of products printed with halftones. We strongly recommend a Speculative Sample when halftone image quality is critical. Registration Tolerance: For imprints requiring two or more colors, a printing registration tolerance of +/- 1/16" is the industry standard and must be considered acceptable. Please allow for registration tolerance when designing your image.

Image Sizing: Unless otherwise specified on your Purchase Order, your artwork will be enlarged or reduced to fit the maximum imprint area on one side of the product. Image Location: Please clearly state on your Purchase Order the exact imprint location. Imprint locations for drinkware are defined as follows: Front: Image facing right handed drinker Back: Image facing left handed drinker Two Sided: One image per side Center: Image centered opposite the handle Wrap: Image extends from Front to Back Ink Opacity: Some imprinted ink colors may allow the color of the product to show through altering the color of the imprint. This is particularly possible when printing light colors on a dark product. Please consider the color of your product when choosing your imprint colors. Tri-S cannot guarantee exact color matches. We strongly recommend a Speculative Sample when color matching is critical. Color Matching: Color matching is available for $25.00(G) per color per production run. Please refer to the Pantone Coated Stock colors as a guide for selecting colors, and identify the color numbers clearly on your Purchase Order. Our ink systems provide extensive color flexibility. However, due to variations in inks, materials, and colors, Tri-S cannot guarantee exact color matches. We strongly recommend a Speculative Sample when color matching is critical.
